Avocados

Avocados are loaded with vitamin K which is great news for women who want to prevent osteoporosis, as this vitamin is essential for healthy bones. The folate in avocados also helps reduce homocysteine, a chemical, which in excess, is related to depression. A lower rate of depression can also result in less pain, as the two have been linked in several studies.
