Conference is Titled “The Future of Spine”
ATLANTA, GA – June 1, 2016 – Back Pain Centers of America (BPC), which connects people searching for solutions to their neck and back pain to find a reputable physician in their area, announces that the company will be participating in Becker’s 14th Annual Spine, Orthopedic & Pain Management-Driven ASC Conference: “The Future of Spine” . The conference will be held June 9-11, 2016 in the Swisshotel, Chicago. The more than nine hundred attendees including surgeons, physician leaders, administrators, and ASC business and clinical leaders will gather to discuss healthcare issues and how to thrive in today’s healthcare environment.
Back Pain Centers of America will be at booth number 23 in the exhibit hall during the conference. In addition, the company will host an exclusive invitation-only dinner for leading spine professionals on June 9 at The Palm Restaurant with conversation supporting the topic of the conference, “The Future of Spine”. Discussion will be about the future of spine as it pertains to the “health-sumer” who is far more active in deciding where and with whom to have spine surgery, and how savvy surgery centers can appeal to this new patient who takes control of his or her own healthcare decisions.
“This is the third year we have participated in the Becker’s ASC Conference,” said Brent Wheeler, president of Back Pain Centers of America. “We find that the trends of healthcare consumerism, the changes in healthcare reimbursements, and the changes in technology all place unique pressures on spine practices to differentiate themselves and educate patients who want to better understand their healthcare options. Patient education and handling patient calls for practices in our network while creating an exceptional patient experience are our subject-matter expertise.
“Back Pain Centers looks forward to discussing unique opportunities to thrive and grow in today’s environment. We have invited a select group of well-known physicians and administrators to our dinner prior to the conference for a deep dive into challenges facing surgical practices. As a collective group, we are often able to provide analytics to both drive more awareness and lower the cost of healthcare delivery that, in these times, are vital to maintain a healthy practice. Becker’s is a fantastic forum to engage and we are delighted to be a part of their conference once again.”
